Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience plus Relocation Allowance up to £5,000
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Director looking for a fresh challenge or a practicing Vet ready to take the next step into leadership.
You will have an Area Director and Area Support Manager dedicated to providing guidance and support as you transition into your role as Veterinary Clinical Director. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting and performing surgeries alongside a team of skilled and experienced veterinary professionals. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care and service for patients and clients, while driving sustainability and productivity within the practice.
This position will include working up to 40 hours per week with flexibility for part time roles. The practice opening hours are from 8:30am-6:30pm with the shift pattern being negotiable. You may be required to work some Saturday morning shifts however there is no out of hours requirement.
Our client is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory, ensuring that the team has the resources to provide exceptional care.
You will be joining a team of 4 experienced vets, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, a dedicated team of Receptionists, and a skilled Practice Manager
7.6 weeks annual leave

£1250 CPD allowance with 40 hours paid pro rata
