Partners typically invest in 25-40% clinic ownership, with just 10% paid upfront and the remainder financed over 10 years with a competitive corporate loan.
You will benefit from a guaranteed salary of £75,000 for the first three years, working 40 hours a week, 1:6 weekends rota and six weeks’ annual leave.
