The practice has a fantastic supportive team. They are looking for a full time (part-time considered) enthusiastic, experienced sole charge vet needed in an independent family-owned veterinary practice. Paying £50 - £80k depending in experience and hours.
It is a 40hr/week role working a 4-day week 8.30am-7pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9am-1pm. They have Vets Now as the dedicated-on call/out of hours provider. Their full-time vets have the equivalent of 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.
Our Milton Keynes surgery has been open for five years now and continues to grow at over 35% per annum with new client registrations every day. It is a fantastic practice in a prime central location alongside Pets Corner and the Waitrose superstore. It has all the facilities you would expect of a modern practice including digital radiography, ultrasonography, an Idexx in-house integrated laboratory and dedicated surgical facilities for both our use and that of our visiting orthopaedic surgeon.
We need a dynamic, experienced vet to come on board. You would be working with two other surgeons and also alongside our orthopaedic service and imaging consultant.
