Permanent full time vet required in Torquay.
Salary up to £80,000 commensurate with experience, FTE.
Ideally this is a full-time role, however they would be happy to discuss other alternatives with you to achieve a good balance between home and work. They currently work 2 different shifts from either 8:30 - 16:30 or 11:00 - 19:30, with an average of 3 early shifts for every 2 late shifts and just 1 in 4 weekends, with time off in lieu for the hours worked.
Although 8am - 7pm are considered the paid working hours at the weekend, you will only need to be in the practice from 08:30 - 14:00 on Saturday, only coming in in addition to this if there are emergency callouts.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented veterinary surgeon to join the team. This role is the perfect steppingstone for an experienced vet to progress into a leadership role with both Clinical Director and Ownership opportunities available, if desired.
