A great opportunity has become available in Leicester. They are looking for an experienced Surgery certificate holder. Paying up to £85k full time but part time applicants are welcome. 3 or 4-day working week, 1:4 Sat am, 1:16 Saturday full days and 1:15 Sunday (paid extra with a bonus) Based in their busy veterinary hospital in Glenfield, you will join two referral surgeons in driving the service forward in both Soft Tissue and Orthopaedic disciplines. This position is for an experienced referral surgeon, you will be expected to manage both an internal and external referral caseload and must be keen to mentor other orthopaedic vets currently within the practice. There are opportunities to deliver external CPD to local referring practices.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with an Orthopaedic and Soft tissue certificate holder, keen and able to mentor others within the referral team.
5 weeks holiday per year + birthday leave day
CPD fully funded up to £2K and 7 days out of the practice for CPD
Extensive learning and development programs
