Senior Nurse

Permanent Nurse in Norfolk

We are looking for a confident and capable leader with excellent communication skills. Duties will include managing the day-to-day running of the clinical areas, delegation and oversight of areas of responsibility within the nursing team, induction of new staff members, regular `check-ins``, one to ones and annual appraisals, monthly rotas and other administrative duties associated with the role.
The surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards. Well equipped with an excellent range of diagnostic facilities. The practice includes 4 consult rooms, one operating theatre, a diagnostic suite (with digital X-ray and ultrasound) and comprehensive Idexx In-house laboratory equipment.

The ideal Nurse for us will be a great team player with high standards of care and experience, along with excellent leadership skills to encourage and develop our nursing team to fulfil their full potential. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week with no OOH.
