Vet vacancy at a branch practice in Essex.
The salary band for this position depending on prior experience is £45,000 to £58,000 (full-time equivalent).
Your rota will involve: Mondays 9am-7pm, Tuesdays 12pm-7pm, Fridays 12pm-7pm plus a 1:3 branch Saturday rotation, 1:8 Sundays and 1 bank holiday at Wanstead hospital.
If you were looking for full-time hours, we can provide additional hours in the week. Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays are the required days.
Occasional sole charge.
This is a very popular practice and therefore it has a dynamic caseload to boot! You will be fully supported by a highly experienced full-time vet, and incredibly experienced nursing team. Due to the caseload, they are looking for a vet who is confident in routine surgery, and occasional sole charge.
Benefits include 6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time), CPD budget every year, Up to 5 days paid CPD leave every year, Private Medical Insurance, Medical cashback plan. Refunds on many routine medical costs such as dental care, physiotherapy, optician, chiropractic fees, and more.
