We are recruiting for an exciting role as a Surgical Nurse within our dynamic team. This full-time position spans 4 days, and if part-time suits you better, we`re open to considering it. Weekends are shared among our nursing team, with a well-structured rota to support our out-of-hours service, ensuring 24/7 care for our beloved patients.
You must be dedicated, driven, and committed to delivering gold-standard care to our surgical patients.
We have the privilege of collaborating with numerous surgical certificate holders, providing an incredible pool of knowledge and skills to draw from. Our reputation for excellence extends to accepting soft tissue, diagnostic imaging, and orthopaedic referrals from across Cornwall. We take immense pride in maintaining and streamlined referral process for our partnering practices.
You`ll join a team of surgical certificate holders and experienced veterinarians with a wealth of knowledge and skills. Regular clinical meetings ensure continuous improvement and development. Plus, there`s always a colleague available for case discussions, providing reassurance and support. We take your professional growth seriously, regularly organising CPD sessions that run over lunchtimes or evenings, tailor-made for our nurses.
