We are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join their team on a full time/part time/job share basis. Presently based on cases coming in we see an even split of medicine, surgery and imaging - there is opportunity for us to create a bias in one area over another for someone with how cases are allocated.
We also see exotics cases which mostly consists of small furries, and we have facilities to manage all types of exotic cases including a separate exotics ward and prep room.
There is flexibility for the role to either be in a fixed location or to cover multiple sites for example our most common split is with Pride Park and another site which we can discuss in more detail at interview stage.
Working up to 38 hours per week over 4 days (Full time basis) Part time hours, flexible working and job share are all options.
1:6 weekends with time off the following week
We have a talented and enthusiastic experienced team of veterinary surgeons supported by an exceptional team of Registered Veterinary Nurses, Student Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Care Assistants and Client Care Advisors.
All our stand-alone practices are RCVS approved. Our main hospital is well equipped with a CT scanner, MRI, Advanced Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Digital X-ray, Dental radiography, and multiple surgical suites, as well as an onsite hydrotherapy & rehabilitation centre and benefits from a multi-disciplinary specialist led referral service.
