Their full-time positions are usually 40 hours per week over 5 days but this can also be covered in 4 days, including a shared Saturday morning rota (don``t worry, they will make sure you get the time off you deserve). The best part? No more out-of-hours or on-call duty! They believe in work-life balance and offer flexible working patterns that adapt to your lifestyle.
