Salary up to £31,000 depending on experience
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse who has a passion for the care of patients and owners alike! A proactive, friendly team player, your duties will include consultations, anaesthesia, overseeing inpatient care, maintaining clinical standards, facilitating efficient team communication, in house laboratory work, and assisting the Vet with diagnostics including the use of brand-new digital x-ray and dental x-ray, ultrasound and endoscope.
The vacancy is for an 8-hour shift over 5 days or 10 hour shift over 4 days, but we are flexible to discuss alternative working days and hours. There is a minimum requirement to take part in a Saturday morning rota 8am to 1pm, on a 1 in 4 basis. There are no out-of-hours.
You will join a team of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, Third year student nurse and a Veterinary Care Assistant, alongside dedicated Reception staff. One of the Vets has a certificate in Medicine, and another holds a certificate in imaging and ultrasound.
