Head RVN required in South London.
£36500 DOE.
This role is Full Time with just 1 in 4 weekends working Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm with no OOHs.
You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients. Nurses are the heart of the practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for the patients. You must be comfortable with leading by example, have great communication and organisation skills and take pride in working to a high standard. You will have an interest in and want to learn about, the practice as a business, as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals. Ideally you will have experience in a Head Nurse role, managing a team and enjoy coaching and mentoring nurses and student nurses. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team leader and will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations in the practice.
