Permanent Vet vacancy in Staffordshire.
Salary up to £70,000 (D.O.E.)
40 hours over 4 days or 5 days, an equal share of Saturday rota (1 in 5 to 1 in 6 with lieu time the following week) No Sundays or OOH.
If you have problem solving abilities, some experience in leadership within a practice team, and the ability to understand and interpret financial performance this could be the role for you. This role will be providing quality clinical work whilst leading the team and helping to ensure the happiness of the teams, outstanding patient and client care, and therefore financial success.
The Lead Vet role would ideally suit someone with surgical bias/orthopaedic interest, although all interests are welcomed. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical, communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills, and experience in quality improvement but this role will be highly supported by the leadership teams so would suit someone with a desire to develop their leadership skills.
