Full time working 40 hours per week.
Looking for a Head Nurse to join their nursing team in Southampton! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, dedicated to consistently delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service. This role assists the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, governance and continuous improvement of the clinical activities within the surgery. The ideal candidate will be a team player - keen to get stuck in and support their colleagues. You will have excellent communication skills and thrive on a varied caseload! They are big on continuous learning and they are looking for someone who wants to take full advantage of the fabulous professional development opportunities they have to offer.
You will get to work in a purpose-built, modern veterinary practice with the most fantastic facilities and a team who are all passionate about providing the very best care to all animals, day and night.
