Salary up to £70,000 DOE plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance plus up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus
At this practice every day is different, you`ll have a nice mix of consults and surgery so you get the best of both worlds. Case continuity is encouraged, as they recognise how rewarding the development of the client/pet/vet bond can be. They strongly encourage career development so if you wish to pursue a specialism or certificate, they would be delighted to discuss this with you.
Typically, the full-time position is 40 hours per week, spread over 5 or 4 days with a mix of earlies and lates (latest finish is 7pm). You will have a 1:5 share in the Saturday rota (finish at 12.30pm) and there is no OOH. However, they know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and they want to make it brilliantly easy for you to strike the right balance. Whether you need to do the school pick up, need reduced hours during school holidays or would simply like a more flexible rota pattern, they can look to fix or flex their patterns to suit you. They would also welcome part time applicants.
The practice is equipped with digital X-ray, in-house haematology and biochemistry including SDMA, T4 and other extended panels, endoscopy, ultrasound with echocardiography, capnography, tonometry and ECG.
Benefits include 6.6 weeks annual leave, Your birthday as a paid day off, £1,250CPD allowance, BVA membership.
