Salary of £40,000 to £65,000 FTE, commensurate with experience
The practice is purpose built with some great facilities including operating theatre, 2 dedicated consult rooms, a nurse consult room/x-ray room, as well as all the kit you`d expect from a solid GP practice including digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, full multi-parameter monitoring equipment and other essentials. They are also happy to discuss investing in additional equipment in the future, depending on your areas of interest.
You`ll be joining them at a very exciting time, where their brilliant team are forging new ideas for developing the practice further and providing the best levels of service and care they can, to their loyal and growing client base.
Their days are structured well with 15-minute consults as standard and time taken for lunch and admin, factored into the day. They meet regularly as a team every 4 to 6 weeks with an open and flexible approach the rest of the time.
Benefits include 5.6 weeks annual leave as standard (pro-rata for part-time), RCVS and VDS memberships are paid as well as the opportunity to have one other membership paid,
Life Assurance 4 x Annual Salary, Contributory Pension Scheme, Dedicated CPD allowance including support towards Certificates.
