Ideally looking for full time hours, but happy to work with you to find a pattern that works for both of you. The weekends are on a 1 in 3 rota basis with limited cover to keep it fair for everyone.
The practice is set in a town within the beautiful Northamptonshire County. Just a 5-minute drive and you`re in the rural countryside. They have lots of amazing country parks dotted throughout the town and area. Perfect for clearing your head, opening your lungs, and walking 4 legged friends too. They are a fast paced and busy surgery, however with a strong dedicated team there isn`t anything they haven``t and cannot accomplish!
The importance of that family feeling is shared from the team to their clients/patients. You`ll be joining an inclusive, supportive team who are passionate about being at the heart of the local community. You will be 1 of their 3 vets, with a recent recruit of a clinical lead, and holds a acupuncture certificate. They aim to set up and run an alternative therapy clinic using laser therapy in the future. The practice provides excellent facilities giving you access to all the equipment and space you need to care for your patients.
You should have small animal experience gained as a general practitioner, and great people skills. You will be comfortable with sole charge but will also relish being part of a team.
