Lead Vet availability at a branch practice in Leicester.
£60,000-65,000 depending on experience (FTE).
40 hours over 4-5days (part time applications considered), 1:4 Saturdays 8:30-2pm, 1:15 Sundays 8am-7pm (paid extra).
The role involves a predominantly clinical focus with operating and consulting at the branch. As the lead of the site, you will be responsible for the line management of the vet team, coaching and mentoring, rota management and involved in business plans to further their success.
They are keen to support certificates for their associates, where they can for personal and business development. They understand the need to be flexible with working hours and are open to discussing the ideal role for you. They welcome full and part-time applications.
Opening hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-19:00.
Is is an RCVS accredited practice with 3 consulting rooms, 1 theatre and x-ray, dental x-ray and ultrasound facilities.
