Vet opportunity at a branch practice in Norfolk.
£35k-£45k FTE D0E.
Located in the beautiful South Norfolk countryside in a vibrant market town. Only half an hour from Norwich and close to the glorious Suffolk coast and the vast forests of the Brecks, yet with quick and easy rail links to London.
Ideally they would like someone to work a 4-day week with 2/5 Saturday mornings (8.00-12.00). There is no OOH and the days will be a mix of consulting and surgery. They can be flexible if this doesn`t suit.
The perfect candidate will be friendly, have a collaborative and organised approach to client and patient care and a strong desire to help them make the practice the best it can be.
They are a 1st opinion small animal practice with all the usual equipment and mixed clientele with both insured and uninsured pets giving a varied caseload. The team works hard to give great client service and also a positive practice culture and the practice is growing as a result. They are ambitious to do more with the practice and their next goals are Investors in the Environment and RCVS Practice Standards Scheme awards.
They have a surgery certificate holder (going on mat leave) and another vet studying a feline medicine certificate so are quite happy to encourage an experienced vet keen on studying for further qualifications. Alternatively they have a VetGDP adviser so can help a newer graduate and give them a solid foundation to build their career.
They are proud of their facilities, as well as advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment and a well appointed in-house lab, their cat and dog ward has kennels of varying sizes and is fully air conditioned.
The team includes 5 Vets, 8 Nurses + full support team.
