Clinical lead Vet availability in Staffordshire.
Salary will be competitive starting at £68,000 + per annum. (To be reviewed 6 monthly).
Full time role.
Practice opening times are Monday to Friday 09:00-19:00.
The practice are looking for a new Clinical lead as the existing person in the role is leaving to move abroad. You would be able to take a natural lead role with the support of the Practice Manager, you would be mentoring newly qualified Vets supporting them and allowing them to grow in confidence and skill. You would be required to provide a wealth of experience and skill set, thus continuing with the high standard of care for which they are very proud of. In return this role `can` evolve into a potential partner opportunity.
As the Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will be working closely with the Owners and Practice Manager who offer a wealth of experience, alongside their wonderful support team. You will have autonomy to share new ideas. As part of your duties, you will be maintaining the support for the junior Vets. The practice is purpose built to a high standard. All consult rooms are air conditioned, along with a spacious theatre Room. You can enjoy the use of up to date equipment including Ultrasound and digital Xray. They can offer a 4 or 5 day per week position, but we can offer flexibility. Over the 4 or 5 days you will work 40 hours as a full time Vet. You would be required to work a 1:3 weekends Saturday only, No Out of Hours required as these are outsourced to a 24 hour hospital.
