Lead Vet vacancy at a 24 hour practice in Surrey.
Up to £75,000 Dependent on experience.
40 hours per week over 4 days, 1 in 4 Saturdays (8am-4pm) No OOH.

The practice are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join and grow their veterinary team. In addition to clinical duties, you will be responsible for roster management, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating closely with the practice senior leadership team to provide high-quality care for their clients and their pets.
It is a purpose-built clinic, equipped with modern cutting-edge facilities, including diagnostic imaging, digital radiography, laparoscopic spay kit, endoscopy, ultrasound, and in-house blood analysis with huge potential for expanding their surgical caseload, inpatient care, and dentistry with room to grow other services such as exotics, diagnostic imaging, and feline medicine (with their dedicated cat waiting area, consult room, and procedure suite). With the majority of their clients carrying insurance, you``ll have the opportunity to elevate case management to exceptional standards.
The practice are proud to be an accredited silver-level (now aiming for gold!) Cat-Friendly Clinic and members of the ISFM (International Society of Feline Medicine) and are working towards an Investors in the Environment (iiE) accreditation.
