Clinical Director vacancy at a hospital in Wilshire.
Up to £80,000 Dependent on experience.
40 hours per week, flexible 4 or 5 day week, and 1 in 8 weekend rota.
The practice is a primary care team set within a hospital that also houses a multi-disciplinary referral team.
They provide 24-hour emergency services and routine primary care for small animals, working separately - albeit closely - with the referral and ECC department.
As Primary Care Director, you will be responsible for the team of 13 FTE Vets, working alongside the Head Nurse to ensure a good working relationship with the vets and nurses to offer a smooth and efficient service to their clients and their pets.
Reporting to the Hospital Director your duties will include maintenance of the team, managing the ICU department (which extends to 10 partner practices in the area), overseeing the rota, marketing, and the P&L for the Primary Care business whilst working as part of the rota with protected admin time.
