Vet vacancy at a branch practice in Surrey.
Salary up to £70K DOE.
Full time (38.3 hours).
Hours include a 4-day week alternating between a week of early shifts (8:00 am - 5:30 pm) and late shifts (10:00 am - 7:30 pm) with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) and 1 in 12 Sundays (10:00 am - 4:00 pm).
The practice are seeking an experienced full-time vet for a fixed-term maternity cover to join their team of 11 veterinary surgeons.
Applicants must have experience in working within a small animal veterinary practice, should be able to work well within a team, demonstrate leadership skills, and be able to focus on maintaining high levels of both patient and client care. You will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have a warm and compassionate approach to their team, patients, and clients.

Patient care: Providing exceptional levels of patient care.
Client care: Providing exceptional levels of client service.
The practice is modern and well-equipped with on-site surgical, diagnostic, and dental facilities. Equipment includes digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, endoscopes, laparoscopes, colour flow doppler ultrasound, k-laser, orthopaedic kit, tonopens and excellent in-house laboratory equipment; just to name a few! This will allow you every opportunity to work up and treat cases to your full potential.
They have numerous certificate holders in both medicine and surgery allowing you the opportunity to share knowledge and further develop your skills.
Their consultations run by appointment, with a minimum of fifteen minutes allocated per pet.
They are a nurse training practice and have a graduate training program to support the next generation of vets and nurses.
They have approximately 40 staff members across their 3 sites and are very proud of their achievements and their reputation in the veterinary profession.
