Permanent Vet vacancy at an independent hospital in Greater Manchester.

Independent hospital-based practice seeks vet to join supportive team with referral-level facilities.

ABOUT US
We are a proudly independent, family-run practice (son, mother, and father) offering first opinion services
within a referral hospital setting. With RCVS hospital status and multiple “Outstanding” awards from the
RCVS, we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible outcomes for our patients at costs accessible to
most clients.
Our facilities are exceptional, including in-house MRI, CT, colour Doppler ultrasound, video endoscopy,
DR X-ray suite and three theatres-all on one level (with referral staff to use them), with no stairs or lifts.
But what really sets us apart is our culture: a close-knit, supportive team making a real difference in
veterinary care. Just look at our glowing client reviews!

THE ROLE
Due to growth, we`re seeking a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our outstanding
team. You`ll be part of a supportive environment with 8 vets, 14 RVNs and 4 receptionists, all dedicated to
providing an excellent service.
This role will suit someone who:
• Is a great communicator with a client-focused approach
• Strives for excellence in patient care
• Enjoys consulting and is keen to expand knowledge in surgery and imaging
• Values the comfort of having referral surgeons and advanced facilities on hand, while still
working first opinion cases to a very high level
• Wants the support of an extremely knowledgeable team, as well as the freedom to contribute
ideas and make changes
• Appreciates protected admin time during the working day and the ability to customise your
diary to suit your needs
With certificate holders in surgery, dermatology, and imaging, and access to state-of-the-art facilities, you`ll
be encouraged to work up cases without the need for referral elsewhere-making this an exciting
opportunity to grow and develop.

WHAT WE OFFER
• 4-day working week
• 1 in 7 Saturdays, no OOH
• Attractive salary and pension package
• Accommodation available
• Protected admin time each day
• Ability to tailor your diary to your preferences
• Ongoing CPD support and career development
If you`re looking for a role where you can truly make a difference-supported by referral-level colleagues
and facilities, yet with the flexibility to shape your work-we`d love to hear from you.
