Job Description: Registered VN Day nurse Permanent Full time
Salary: From £18.25/hr
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) looking to make a meaningful difference in animal health and client care? We are seeking a professional and caring individual to join our supportive team, delivering an exceptional standard of care to our patients and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and care for inpatients with empathy and precision
• Perform laboratory tests and support diagnostic procedures
• Conduct nurse consults and provide client education
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical standards
What We`re Looking For:
• Qualified and registered with the RCVS as a Veterinary Nurse
• Confident in inpatient care, anesthesia, and nurse-led consults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Committed to delivering exceptional client and patient care

Our day shift nurses work an average of 38 hr week across a 10 week rota with varying shifts including wards, lab and surgery.
The rota consists of 1 Saturday morning in 10, 1 full weekend in 10 followed by a 5 day weekend, 1 Saturday night in 10 (plus covering night nurse holiday)
Varying shift patterns from 7am-4pm through to 3.30 pm until 9.30pm
