Permanent Float Vet across the Great London Area
Float vet salary band is £50,000 to £80,000 (FTE) depending on experience, and allowing room for growth within the role, as personal development and progression is extremely important to us
?
Accommodation may be available depending on location.
We cover all areas of London; Central, South, East, North, West and parts of Essex. We don`t expect people to cover huge areas, and you will work closely with our locum coordinator teams to work out which clinics are accessible to you.
Although a float position, you will be fully supported by our experienced regional managers, and newly appointed regional head vet``s, for any clinical support you many need.
The role allows you to experience different environments from RCVS accredited hospitals with an array of specialists to multi vet and small sole charge clinics.
Being a float role, you will work closely with your locum coordinator having shifts assigned that best support the clinics with their rota gaps. This role involves Saturday and Sunday shifts through-out the year that are not on a set rotation, so you can manage your weekend shifts around your personal life, while again meeting the needs of the clinics.
Benefits include
6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays
- Generous relocation assistance (where applicable)
- Up to £2,000 CPD budget every year plus up to 5 days`` paid CPD leave
- Private Medical Healthcare Insurance with Bupa
Sundays and bank holidays would be worked at your nearest 24-hour hospital.
So why join the team instead of locuming? We can provide job security, a regular fixed monthly income which can be supplemented if you would like to do extra shifts; fantastic hospital experience and you can plan your weekends well in advance. No filling in tax returns and you don`t have to worry about IR35 or having to set up a limited or an umbrella company.
