This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour days), with occasional weekends and nights. You`ll be part of a supportive team that values work-life balance, professional growth, and-above all-passion for animal care.
What You`ll Do
Support the Head Veterinary Nurse in leading and mentoring our nursing team.
Provide hands-on care to patients, including monitoring anaesthesia, assisting in surgery, and delivering post-op care.
Help run nurse clinics and guide pet owners with advice and education.
Deputise for the Head Nurse when needed, ensuring smooth practice operations.
Assist with staff training, rotas, and practice protocols, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.
What We`re Looking For
A qualified Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with experience in clinical nursing and team leadership.
Calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patients and owners.

We celebrate our wins together, support each other through challenges, and share the same mission: to provide outstanding care for every patient. You`ll have the chance to grow professionally while making a real difference in the lives of animals and their families.
