Permanent Full or part time Small Animal Vet Surgeon Position
Salary Up to £60,000 depending on experience (additional certificates or experience may negotiate a higher salary bracket) and well-behaved pets are very welcome to come to work with you.
Working a four-day week (part time applicants considered) with no out of hours/bank holidays and approx. 1:8 Saturday mornings with TOIL.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team of 8 vets with a wide range of interests including medicine, surgery and diagnostic imaging certificate holders so there is always someone there to give you support and encourage your development. They are looking for someone who has completed their VetGDP and is confident performing routine surgeries.
There are two sites, one of which is a hospital and a branch which they have recently moved in to following a full refurbishment.
They perform a wide range of surgeries including cruciate and patella surgery, laparoscopic procedures, and BOAS surgery, so if you`re interested in developing your surgical
skills then this role would be ideal for you.
They also have a wide range of diagnostic equipment (including Imagyst, ultrasound, dental radiography, endoscopy and i-STAT) so if medicine is your area of interest, they are able to work up the vast majority of cases in house and have dedicated hospital shifts which are a mix of caring for in patients and seeing emergency cases, as well as usual consulting and operating days.

4-day week for our full time vets but part time applicants definitely considered
