Permanent Clinical Director position Leicestershire
Up to £90,000 per annum (D.O.E) Permanent. Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, 4-day week with a 1 in 4 Saturdays
Clinical Director 80% clinical, 20% non-clinical based solely at The hospital.
This clinic is home to advanced facilities and a 24/7 emergency service. We offer some fantastic referral, OOH, and advanced services, but we equally champion our primary care vets and the fantastic service we offer for routine and first opinion caseloads.
One Location, Strong Team: Based fully at the Hospital, offering continuity and stability.
Exceptional Colleagues: Work alongside a team of 29 vets with certificate holders in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and emergency critical care.
State-of-the-Art Facilities: In-house CT scanner, dental suites with X-ray, video endoscopy, ASIF kit, TPLO/TTA/Tightrope, arthroscopy, and advanced ophthalmology equipment.

Collaborative Environment: Regular clinical discussions and monthly team meetings promote shared learning and case review.
