Permanent Deputy Head Nurse Role

£29,000-£34,000k DOE

40 1:4 weekends

This role assists the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, governance and continuous improvement of the clinical activities within the surgery. Our ideal candidate will be a team player - keen to get stuck in and support their colleagues. You`ll have excellent communication skills and thrive on a varied caseload! Working Hours & Flexibility
full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, to support a healthy work-life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mix of consulting, inpatient and surgical duties across the week.
weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern.
