Full-time position (4.5 day working week) - open to flexible working options - we`re happy to discuss what arrangement could work best for you
Daytime hours 08:30-5:30pm, including one hour lunchbreak, allowing you to enjoy your evenings
Participation in Saturday morning rota (1:6) - would increase to 1:7 - with additional TOIL for this
No emergency on-call but in-patient care retained in house - a dedicated night nurse stays with patients overnight, and a vet is on-call for the in-patients
** Salary - up to £80,000 per annum**
The role includes all the usual Small Animal Vet duties, including the delivery of outstanding client service. There is allocated clinical and non-clinical time within the working day..
You will:
Lead our team of 7 vets
Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and client experience
Foster a positive, forward?thinking culture where people can thrive.
Act as the clinical voice in operational and leadership decisions
Support performance management and case quality reviews
Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse
