Case continuity GUARANTEED; we match all clients to `their` vet meaning you remain responsible for the health of their pets for life. With complete clinical autonomy and the support of a dedicated team our goal is building trust with our customers. Focus on diagnostic choices and affordability instead of sales targets. Rewarding clinical progression and client delight with:
£45-50k salary (depending on expertise)
Up to 20% of salary on target bonus (not sales based but measurable)
