Permanent Deputy Head Nurse
Salary £31-£36,000 DOE
Full Time 40 hours 1:4 Weekends
full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, to support a healthy work-life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mix of consulting, inpatient and surgical duties across the week.
The weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern, and duty nights on rotation

This role assists the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, governance and continuous improvement of the clinical activities within the surgery. Our ideal candidate will be a team player - keen to get stuck in and support their colleagues. You`ll have excellent communication skills and thrive on a varied caseload!
The practice offers extensive facilities and equipment, including: 2 operating theatres, dental suite, digital x-ray suite, handheld dental x-ray machine, ultrasound equipment, separate wards for dogs, cats and small animals, walk-in kennels, a separate lab, isolation unit, multiparameter monitors and a blossoming exotic caseload.
