Ongoing small animal vet required for hospital work and branch cover.
Start time 8.30am unless on ops (roughly once per week) in which case 8am
Finish time will depend on rota but between 5.30pm and 6.30pm on a standard day
No overnight on call but once a week on call to 9pm (1pm start on these days)
Weekend rota 1 weekend in 5 - consults on Saturday or Sunday morning and on call until 5pm - Martin, the practice owner, is available for complex cases or advice
Need to be confident with all routine surgery,
Accommodation is shared, communal kitchen / living room and bathroom, sole bedrooms and is above the practice
The rota is split over three branches which are between 15 and 20 minutes from the main hospital
The 4 to 5 days required will be dependent on what is required when the rota is drawn up, there would be the possibility of requested days but not guaranteed
Car available, driving licence required.
