Permanent full time RVN position near Paisley
You will be joining a supportive network of vets, nurses, ACAs and receptionists.
Our facilities include two operating theatres with multi-parameter monitors, the latest Karl Storz laparoscopy equipment for performing lap spays, a fully equipped lab with the latest haematology, biochemistry, electrolyte and therapeutic monitoring analysers, an ultrasound scanner, digital radiography and a dedicated dental x-ray unit.
The Role:
Full-time - 40 hours per week
Based at our Greenock branch
Permanent position
No on-call duties and 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday 8-3, Sunday 9-12.30)
** Salary - £26,000 - £33,000
Duties are based on a rota system consisting of:
Caring for both medical and surgical patients post op
Assisting vets in both theatre and prep area
Ordering and stock control of pharmacy
Caring for isolation patients
Lab work
In addition, we would like to increase our availability of nurse consultations and develop a range of nurse clinics. Personal growth is actively encouraged, and we would welcome candidates looking to do further qualifications
