Our purpose-built, modern practice is conveniently located close to town centre, just a 7-minute walk from train station, with plenty of on-site parking. We`re fully equipped with:
Digital X-ray, and shortly will be adding a dental x-ray
Ultrasound with Doppler, alongside virtual specialists to guide our vets for abdo and cardiac Ultrasounds.
A growing orthopaedic kit
Separate dog and cat wards to reduce patient stress
Nurse training practice
Our Team
You`ll be joining a dedicated, fun, and hardworking team of:
3 Vets
3 RVNs
2 Student Veterinary Nurses
2 VCAs
2 Receptionists
A Practice Manager
About You
We`re looking for an HVN who is organised and experienced with stock control, rota management, managing and leading a team of nurses, and has outstanding customer service skills or a clear understanding of outstanding customer service.
Is passionate about delivering outstanding patient and client care
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Takes pride in working to high clinical standards
Enjoys being an active part of a team
Is interested in personal development and understanding how a practice operates
Nurses are the heart of our practice. You`ll play an integral clinical role in patient care while helping support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
The Role
Full-time (36-40 hours per week)
1 in 4 Saturdays
No out-of-hours
Flexible shift discussions available
