The role will involve driving the van, assisting vets with appointments, and conducting some nurse consults. They typically see on average 8 appointments per day so it is a refreshing change from general practice. They do not carry out surgery. A good bedside manner and mature attitude is essential as at-home euthanasia forms an important part of the work.
